I am in the middle of a master bed room remodel right now as well. I have syptoms 1-5 too! I like the wall color a lot. Atleast your house is from the 70's. Mine was built in the 20's! So we are redoing electric and floors too! It's a lot of work but I can't wait till it's done!

Don't you hate when people give you advice after the fact. :) I had trouble with the blinds breaking, too. We ended up putting in french doors without them and putting on the blinds that match our other faux wood blinds. When you buys blinds, there should be a plastic piece that come with them that allows you to attach them to the door at the bottom so they don't move. At any rate, it is veryexciting to have progress, isn't it? Everything looks great!

Looks great! Just thought I'd share my experience... We have two doors with integrated blinds 4 years old. I love, love, love them, however, theglass shop we bought them from said they break a lot. I bought them anyway and of course one has broken; won't go up. So. Im careful with the other one - dont pull them up and I leave them at the same angle most of the time. Maybe the design has improved, but just thought I'd share.
