Bedside table makeover.

Well peeps, I’m out. Of the bedroom contest, that is. The finalists have been announced and the rooms are exquisite. See here. So I can finally reveal my bedroom. But, of course I’m going to keep you in suspense. Just one more DIY makeover project before I give you the full enchilada.
Our room needed major storage so I decided to use some chest of drawers as our bedside tables. For months I searched garage sales, thrift stores and Craigslist looking for matching drawers but found nada. On a whim I visited an unfinished wood furniture store and found exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. These twins are made of solid wood too.
You can see them better here in their unfinished state.

AFTER.

New paint, new hardware, new look.
