Thanks for sharing! I’m getting ready for a family BBQ myself and I totally forgot about “Sweet Lulu’s.” Ha! I’m headed there right now.
i cannot believe that you pulled off such an amazing party within weeks of moving! you are superwoman!
That party is amazing! Wow. In love with the milk bottles and cookies on top. Thanks for sharing your sources. I have some of those jars and never thought of putting salads in them. Love it.
Everything looks amazing, thanks for the credits!
Thanks for introducing me to Sweet Lulu! Already planning to break the budget for an upcoming party due to their cute stuff.
PS-Love the new look. Painted brick is perfect.
Everything is so cute!
Amazing. Gorgeous. Well done. I love it all!
Everything looks gorgeous! This is a silly question but how did you attach the labels to the jars?
Alley,I simply cut to slits in the label then threaded a ribbon through the label and tied it behind the jar.
So simple- why didn’t I think of that? Thanks so much!!
I LOVE, LOVE, that table. Where did you purchase that?
Visiting for the 1st time via A Thoughtful Place. Feel free to stop by anytime and put together a backyard party for me with this SAME decor…I love it that much! Awesome!
I’ve been following your blog for a while now and don’t think I’ve ever commented before. Suffice it to say I love your style. I cannot wait to see what you do with your new home. My question is in regards to the cucumbers in the water. Did you add anything else to the water for flavor? Such a beautiful display. Many blessings…
How do you make a party look so gorgeous and easy?! It’s absolutely wonderful! You gave me the motive to put more time into parties (i love hosting). I love your blog! keep up the great work!

Great ideas! Where did you purchase the compotes and cake stands?
Hello…lovely site…was wondering what size the milk bottles are in your picture? The glass milk, farmstand or petite ones from Sweet Lulu? I LOVE your idea w/ the cookies and straw, anxious to order them myself!
They are the farmstand milk bottles. I believe they come 12 to a pack. Thanks,Michelle
Omg that’s a fabulous party put together. Like everyone else, I love the idea of milk n the cool straw with the cookies on top. You are so creative, I gotta follow u on everything. I really could use some lessons! Fabulous job!!
Thank you Swetlana!
Love your cute party! I’m about to have one of my own and was wondering what kind of cookies you used on top of the milk jars and where you got them??? I’ve been looking all over and can’t find any!
I actually found them at Smith’s (just a chain grocery store here in my area). If you can’t find them in the regular cookie isle then check the health food isle. I think they were gluten free or sugar free…something like that. Hope you share pictures of your party!
I love your idea! What size jars did you use for the salads? Are they 1 or 2 gallons?
2 gallon. Thanks!
